You don't know what to have for breakfast? Enjoy this quick and easy breakfast that will carry you through until lunch.Prep and Cook Time:5 minutes 

Ingredients:1 cup high fiber cereal1 cup blueberries2 tsp blackstrap molasses1/2 cup skim milk or dairy-free milk alternative

Directions:

Combine all ingredients and enjoy!Serves
